Mountain Bike Trails

Hayes Arboretum's Mountain Bike Trails are located on the East Side of the property, located off the corner of Woodside Drive and Hayes Arboretum Road. To ride on Hayes Mountain Bike Trails, you must first sign a one-time safety waiver for each biker (located in the Nature Center or here - form for Minors here) and always wear a helmet. Please read through the Trail Rules here.

If you are interested in volunteering for Mountain Bike Trail Building, please RSVP at least 12 hours before scheduled date by sending a text message to Ben Willett at (765) 914-2624, as the meeting location may change depending on the area of work. 

 

Currently, our volunteers are working on building onto trails, making additional trail features, and adding signage as needed.

Hayes Arb Mtn Bike Trails Make Top 10!

The Mountain Bike Trails at Hayes Arboretum were recently ranked Number 6 in the State of Indiana for "Best Bike Trails", according to Visit Indiana!
