    Stanley W. Hayes Research Foundation Inc.dba Hayes Arboretum is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization and a 4942(j)(3) private operating foundation (EIN: 35-1061111) that is maintained for the use and benefit of the public on a regulated basis. Hayes Arboretum solicits and accepts gifts for purposes that will help the organization further and fulfill its mission.

    Planned gifts can be provided by

    • Naming Stanley W. Hayes Research Foundation, Inc. dba Hayes Arboretum (801 Elks Road, Richmond, IN 47374) as a beneficiary of your will.

    • Designating Stanley W. Hayes Research Foundation, Inc. dba Hayes Arboretum as a beneficiary of retirement assets including an Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA), 401(k), 403(b) or other pension plans.

    • Donating a life insurance policy to Stanley W. Hayes Research Foundation, Inc. dba Hayes Arboretum as the beneficiary and irrevocable owner of the policy.
