    Travel the Blue Trail to read along to this month’s story - The Trouble with Dragons.

    The Blue Trail begins behind the Nature Center. This 0.75 mile dirt loop has some steep hills. Stop by the Nature Center after you’ve completed the trail for a free book.

    Bring your favorite mug to the Nature Center for free coffee in the Bird Watching Room. Get cozy and enjoy watching birds visit the feeders.

    New to iNaturalist or need an expert to help you? Join Hayes Arboretum Program Coordinator and iNaturalist Ambassador Jenilee Braun on Wed, Sept 23rd from 5:30-6:30pm for a group-led BioBlitz.

    Data collected at Hayes Arboretum during this period helps staff, researchers, and visitors better understand the unique fauna, flora, and fungi on property.
